So yeah, the score counter maxes at seven 9s. Kind of. The score saves past 7 digits but the 8th digit is dropped. Technically, my score was 14,512,090.
While Noir is at level 99, she has no Jazz Club stat boosts and she has her second strongest axe. This lets her do a lot of damage to Narukami without KOing him, allowing a Baton Pass to Joker (who's equipped with an accessory letting him use God's Hand and a Persona that has the Universal Law trait) for the takedown.
