That medical lady is wrong for saying panic attacks arent serious. The lady is yellow may not suffer from them but the way the medical lady handled it is just wrong
I see that often, they shut down the behavior quickly. If she was in a hospital, school, the general public, you wouldn't, but they don't have meds for that and ti will be harder on the person if they go into panic, so they just shut it down. Jail isn't where they're going to deal with mental issues, unless life threatening. Plus, the faster they can get them processed and out, the better it is for anxiety.
As a nurse if you think panic attacks are nothing & easily dismissed or ignored you are in the wrong profession.. Some of these young deputies are on power trips. It looks like they like to throw their weight around. From the treatment of suspects looks like you are Guilty until proven innocent !
She was asking for medical health not mental health issues. Also once you get to jail you follow the rules or you get in trouble. You committed a crime you get treated like a criminal. And it's not the deputy's jobs to figure out if they're guilty or not so they treat everyone the same.

The woman said in the beginning that he wasn't in uniform and could have been anyone. Then hours later that ask her why would she get into a car with someone unidentified who could have been anyone🙄
Medical health and mental health are two different things. They definitely affect each other but they are treated completely different. You can't use antibiotics to help someone's panic attacks.
Panic attacks are serious and being in jail could definitely trigger one. Panic attack disorder is treated with medicine. If someone were taking a medication for it regularly and didn't have it suddenly cause their in jail then there would be serious issues. In rare cases you can die from complications of a panic attack.
The ban on alcohol doesn't seem to stop them from abusing women, young males and children. I realise not all Mormons go to that extreme but it's a cult trying to hide what they do to it's more vulnerable members.
I would suggest you look up why they were closed in the first place. There's a very good reason why they were closed. They just need to come back in a completely different form.
It makes me sad, and mad that after saying Chris has mental health problems they still spray him with mace. Watching a lot of these videos and you sure see which officers get off on being bullies
Where I'm from you only get to see the judge once a day if you're lucky lol. Well honestly it's been a few years so maybe they updated to video chats by now 😂
Where I am most have 2 judges, one every twelve hours for misdemeanors. They have to present you in front of a judge within 24 hours for initial appearance.
“What was he arrested for?” “Retail theft.” “From where?” “A Beehive clothing store?” “Beehive?” “Yeah. Tried to steal some pairs of those temple garments.” “Hey, is that true?” “Shur ish (hic)! I wanted uh shet (hic ) uf zhose magic Mormon underwear(hic)! If zha Mormunz kin have(hic) magic powurz, why can’t I (hic)?”
I have to say something... Panic Attacks ARE a serious medical condition associated with panic disorder, a type of anxiety disorder. If you've never had a Panic Attack, you won't understand how serious it can be! And that nurse should not have acted like it didn't matter!
Here's what i hate---the male cops always think they have to come defend the honor of the women working there. The female officer dealing with the upset "panic attack" lady was doing fine, but Mr. Big Shot thought he had to come over & save her from being insulted. This does nothing but undermine her authority with the inmate, the other arrestees, and her co-workers. He means well, but trust me, we women can take some verbal hits---we have a lifetime of experience walking past construction sites!
I witnessed a cop attempting to cuff a guy , Only to get kicked in ⚽️🏀🏈⚾️ by the guy who was wearing steal toe boots. The cop certainly had a panic attack and yes he no doubt thought it was serious 😂
that nurse is terrible - depression is a medical condition and so are panic attacks. telling someone they are not going to have a panic attack is pathetic and then she tells the officer so he has a biased view of the detainee. awful nursing practice.
Panic attacks maybe a medical condition but they will not kill you. Of course people are going to have panic attacks on this show, they are in jail (duh).
That lady could be having kidney or live problems, failure being fatal. Jaundice was all over that lady, that nurse was evil. In jail u are treated like a rabid dog about to be put down
The nurse wasn’t wrong. They see folks day in and day out who try and exploit any and all loopholes. Of course panic attacks are not to be overlooked but not everyone who says they have panic attacks actually has panic attacks. If cops believed everyone who said it “wasn’t me” or “I didn’t know it was there” we’d be in big trouble.
That medical woman is unfit… she may have cared at one time, and I’m not defending the drunk lady, but Med lady is jaded and needs to change professions.. or she’s def old enough to retire and take her pension. Take it lady.

There must be a fine line between keeping the inmate safe and keeping the officers safe.

Exactly, don’t tell someone they’re not going to have a panic attack, how the hell does she know.
