Jabki agar koi pichle saalon ke cutoffs ko dekh aur iss saal ke paper ka level bhi dekhe aur agar badhte hue competition ko bhi dekhe to koi bhi sensible adami yehi bolege ke Scam to hua hai ... Aur fir bhi awazen itni buland nahi hai.. na koi bada news channel cover kar raha hai aur na hi koi opposition party isko dekh rahi hai... Shayed hamri democracy main BPSC ke candidates ko apna hak lena jyada acche se aata hai...
