Luckly in SRWJ at least you can save her.

Stage 34 Blade has to kill Evil and in Stage 36 Blade has to kill Axe. If both are met you get Rapier on Stage 43. Otherwise Rapier dies.

For sone reason, they used Rapier's Suicide Voltekka as her actual Voltekka attack, despite the fact that she didn't have any Voltekka launcher on her
