It’s called makeup
You're supposed to do makeup differently for studio lighting like this, if you do it to make your skin highlighted in normal lighting this will happen. Thats why guys will get makeup done to go on TV as well, it will make normal skin look really shiny so they matte it out. Shes made her skin shiny for normal lighting and this has just blown it out
