What a great park! Everything is there! My local doesn’t have a small QP, small ledge or even a flat bar. Which really limits you when trying to learn tricks especially as a Mid 30’s skateboarder. That steel slappy kerb looks sooo fun too.
Tell me about it; my local has a big hubba, funbox that's 12+ inches, and then 3 bowls that are awesome but not all that beginner friendly. I love them but it's taken me a year... really wish it had some small beginner friendly obstacles.
@@gregmossed ahhhh spewin mate. Yeah skateboarding is just one of those sports that has a steep learning curve. Big bowls are fun to pump and carve in but I’m a wimp so can’t do any tricks on them. I just need a 3 or 4ft mini ramp so I can actually progress without the fear of death.
Looks wonderful and something I'd actually want to skate. Unlike the 2 million euro skatepark where I live, which has 3 bowls, an enormous area walled in by very tight transition with some bumps where most of the scooter kids and their parents congregate, and lastly, as an afterthought, a "street plaza" section at the edge that is basically two concrete benches and an awkward curved manny pad. Always nice when skate park contractors actually skate themselves, lol.
Oh man i'm so fed up with this "you don't like it, don't skate it mentality". Its a park meant to suite public needs, if it only suits the needs of the few people in planing, its basically a private park funded with public money. Look at the micro obstacle park dan visited a while ago. A good example of some different and interesting can be done with little money. Not these polished copy cat park designs from the late 90s.
$150k is a small budget for a skatepark. My local is spending $160k to replace prefab ramps at a park about the same size. I’d say it’s a bargain at that price.
Sounds like you dont know how much things cost. pre covid the average price of a park was over 200k. Now that has sky rocketed. We just built one in our town and it went up almost 100k due to covid.
Julian's style is getting so buttery.
what is a buttery style lmao
It's insulting how good Julian is
It's called practice since birth 😂
Is it though? Ginwoo would murder him.
@josiahamaze dudes styles is 10x better than ginwoos haha. Kinda like comparing any decent pro to Jeffwon..
@karningham2849 yea you're right but he's still a park skater and if I'm going with a park skater I'm going with Ginwoo
@karningham2849 also Jeff's style is GOAT wipe your mouth

So that spot in the grass to the right side of open area halfpipe just saying, Keen Ramps make it happen
Verrrrrt!
Thank you guys for rebuilding my local! Been waiting for this since middle school lol

why is a big mound of concrete and some metal framing 150k? sheesh. 150k is enough materials to build a house.
damn, Dale was on fire in this. He's better when Dan is not around..just kidding..
That young fella gotta hit the TAMPA AM !! 👍🫡
I think he did just last year? Julian Jeang-Agliardi is his full name if you wanna look him up.
Dale your skating was sick bro.
I wish that long round rail was still there....that was my favorite being able to sit on feebles
That flat bar looks useless
Save us skaters in CT we need more well made parks
8:22 dude now thats BUTTERY
More parks need curbs and ledges like those.
I wish all skateparks could be that simplistic. That place looks seriously fun.
I love watching Julian skate super natural buttery style... Kid is dope. Big Respect Keen Ramps you guys are rocking it! BleSsUP!!!
All around great skating. But Julian, looks like he's grown. Can't wait till the beast in him comes out.
The girl in the back in an NPC
Buttery
Of course Ryan here
@@josiahamaze Yes Sir!
Is Corey hiring at all
You should sponsor Julian
Julians flow looks sick
Dale gettin off
ol dale ay killin it
Are those stacked ledges lined with something like granite or marble, or is that just regular steel?
Painted steel granite or marble is too expensive
Where is this skatepark?
Nice!
The park is mid for $150grand tbh but it’s the thought that counts

Surely someone's making a lot of money out of it
Cant wait till Julian starts skating street regularly. Everyone can look "buttery" in a park, but lets see the street.
