UPDATE - I checked the laws and it turns out that I was CORRECT! Only vehicles REGISTERED in the state need to have 2 plates. Turns out also, they are no allowed to ticket you UNLESS they provide you with a translator as well. I'll be sure to use that in the future ;)

He’s gonna have to buy some latest Range Rover for that. No one’s watching the old one anymore .. remember the contexts were flowing cos this range was new at the time . Now there are newer models

These by far at the best built ones especially the V8. You won’t be disappointed. Just stay on top of your regular maintenance
