Doom 3 Segment Speedrun: CPU Boss Nightmare

Just a cool new trick that I discovered yesterday put to use in this level speedrun. ( 0:53 ) I never knew it was actually possible to get up there without rockets. In recruit I always rocketjump there but on nightmare it cannot be done that easily. The trick might actually be doable in a real run with a bit different setup beforehand and less risk taking. That would save around 30 seconds.
