Failure of structural integrity.(A leaning bridge, broken track, etc.) 3. Poor operational planning.(train collisions) 4. Track obstructions.(doors, small plant life, derailed trains, openings too small for the train to go through, etc.) 5. Doggos.(Cute Doggos! What are their names? I must know!!!)

Also searching the train in that hughe layout mignt take some time! Interesting, that really a car run over the tracks. Never thaught, that they manage the weight of it. :-o (2:20)
I always wondered if you had problems out of the pets. Some of the drivers of those trains should be written up or fired! LOL The one where you could see the other following train, knew there was a problem but he just kept on going. LOL
