I just started a couple med ball exercises and I think will give the duck walk overhead med ball a try. My son is gonna love that one lol. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to more awesome videos.

His chest protector looks really low I recommend you might want to bring it up a little higher especially to cover the throat If you take a foul tip It’s going to really hurt
