@@JW0143hes jus sayin dont use him alot during the season mainly for health but also as a secret weapon against teams thatll think they can beat us with size cbs getting bigger n bigger and also with a 5 man rush or blitz well have him to protect kenny
@@Andrew-oo1jt Nobody saves anyone for the playoffs. That's just a ridiculous comment. Plus what makes you think we're good enough to just save people for the playoffs? Gotta get there first
You gotta play more to get better tho? Plus he a rookie he hasn’t proved to be good enough for playoffs and nobody is ever “saved” you keep playing and if u get injured, then oh well lmao that’s how this shit works
I wish they would utilize this absolute weapon more!!! As a life long UGA fan, and now a steelers fan since moving to PGH, these guys don't realize what kind of monster Darnell is!!
This gentleman is 4 inches taller than me(Im 6,3) and this gentleman has 70 pounds of muscle... you can tell in his square shoulders.....he could take down incognito easily....he that strong
If I were his agent, I'd tell him to consider adding 20 pounds and moving to tackle. The most money he'll make as a tight end is average money for a good L/R tackle.
Yep. I also think Washington looks a little slow for todays edge rushers. As a tackle who can sometimes switch to TE and catch an occasional ball, he seems he’ll be more successful - especially with Pittsburgh having a top tier tight end already.
my man trying to call out Kelce, get a few games under the belt, along with taking a few hits in the NFL. College is night and day vs the NFL. Kelce is not as physical like the Gronkster, but Kelce style of play, run, block and football IQ is the best TE. And he knows when to slide vs. the Gronkster running over people. I remember seeing Hockeson and Fant being drafted from Iowa and thought they would become stars. they are nowhere near the greats of Gronk or Kelce respectively.
@@webking185and they did the same thing with tony Gonzales and even kelce admits he’s not a great blocker so there’s no shame in it he’s still a hell of a receiving tight end
I’m praying too god this dude can stay healthy. If he can the league is in trouble
facts
This guy is going to be a longtime steeler I guarantee you he turns out to be the best te from this 2023 draft class! Keep working my guy
Save this dude for the playoffs
LOL WTF

He’s 21 years old not 41. Play him often as possible. You win dumbest comment of the decade. Especially since we haven’t been in like 5 years

Two PA Teams, Pittsburgh and Philly, loving those Georgia Bulldogs right now!

Tackling him is a business decision that DBs are going to have to make.
80 snd 83 play the same position 😄

You are 1000% right!
Yeah you are right
if he couldn’t catch.. he’s also an extremely efficient and dynamic pass catcher, otherwise that would be a good move.

Can you imagine the confusion on defense of repeatedly calling tackle eligible plays?
Body language is terrible 😂. Who he blocking? The sled?
So slow too route running sucks Lmaoo he’s big that’s why he has a roster spot lol
I always said they chiefs fucked up not taking him when he was available an Jody fortsion is out for the szn

No one cares.
@@printezstroman you do, you read the comment!
He never called out kelce he said kelce isn’t a traditional tight end because he isn’t😂😂😂or I should say doesn’t play as a traditional tight end

Should have been a cowboy
i get he is great, he had to take on the entire eagles defensive line everyday in practice, so it is probably a piece of cake for him
