Actually, Clarence Gibson came down to New Orleans in the summer of 2004 to pass this arrangement out to & teach it to Sarah T. Reed HS (where Miguel Bonds was the director at the time)
Nobody stole anything, Clarence Gibson wrote the arrangement in the early 2000s which he gave to Bonds when he was Reed in New Orleans. So technically it's Txsu's but it doesn't matter it's a song. Anyone can play anything but the ending of Degas is revised..
