Drop B tuning is B F# B E G# C# Most people are just tuning the 6th string B and leaving the rest of the strings in standard ADGBE. I tried it with drop B tuning B F# B E G# C# and it didn't sound right to me, so I just tuned it like the video above and it sounded closer with just tuning the 6th string to B and leaving the rest in standard. Mike Gross suggested that the song may actually be played on a 7 string guitar. And I was able to confirm that when I found a video of Antichrist superstar played by Manson's band from a 1998 tour called "The last tour on earth" where one of the guitarists in the band is playing the song with a 7 string guitar.
