My first Nimitta was a Blackhole. The purest, emptiest, most perfect circular globe of emptiness. Whne my awareness was sucked by it, my awareness melt with a multiverse awareness. Happend just once. Now I have regular colorfull Nimittas 80% of my meditations.
So true Ajahn Bram! the nimitta I saw was at the corner and I ‘looked up’ and saw it although I didn’t know it was the nimitta. My nimitta was still. I didn’t know why I ‘looked up’ but it happened so naturally.
I've got nimittas before but can't dissolve into them. This morning I saw one, and felt like soon I'd be communicating with angels and enlightened beings! They're very beautiful. They're heaven's rays. But merging into them fully to reach jhana is something I'm still working on.
don t look , feel the nimitta in your body, the feeling must be evently spread throughout the whole body . don t do anything just feel it happen without expectation nor will nor anything just feel
