We are coming at you with another dyno video this week, and we thought it was about time to show some love to the 1.8t squad out there!
Those of you who follow our Instagram have already met our lovely Jetta, but for those of you who have not, say hello to Jenna! We saved this little beauty from the auction, and put her to work! Don't judge a book by it's cover though because this is the 1.8t that could! She might whistle loud as hell but she lays down those numbers!
Coming in at 150 HP 169 TQ STOCK and 211 HP 248 TQ BDT STAGE 1 Tune. We have to say considering it was 89 degrees out and 69% humidity we're pretty impressed by her!

Yo, I recently got a 2015 jetta 1.8l TSI. It has decent power stock but I'm looking to get a bit more out of er. Would I need to upgrade any of the physical components of the car for a stage 1 tune or can it run without issue on stock parts?

I have a 2015 Jetta se 1.8t I have a a cts turbo intake, intercooler, charge pipe, down pipe, turbo muffler delete, throttle pipe, full straight pipe exhaust. What do you think my gains would be on a stage 2 medium crackle tune???

@@alexmikulencak2101 definitely going to, downpipe is sitting in the garage...... but I'm finishing up two step, nls, ral, multi map switching, and true flex fuel tune for simos 18 :) about 98% done then I can mess with Jenna again.

@@boostdynamictuning it's the same year as yours, 2014 Jetta 1.8 with the gen 3 ea888. Just recently rebuilt it
@@oscarsabillon6620 Sadly we don't offer stage 3 tune on the 2014 model. The transmission really has issues without proper tuning and I don't have a solution for the transmission yet. Sorry

Not at all, that's what stage 1 is all about. Not breaking things, but getting that extra kick back when trying to pass people.
