We better take notes and advantage of these offerings while you share during this special 2022 Holy days! ;) It is the vibration of healing that you put in all the offerings that I tried that does the trick for me and my family.

I myself limit coffee consumption to once every week or two. This morning was a day I decided to have a cup…now I see why. Another substitute I use grows wild on my property. It’s call Youpon. When I dry roast the leaves it also has a coffee flavor and aroma. Youpon is in the Yerba Mate family and is the only plant naturally growing in the United States that contains caffeine, polyphenols and other healthy alkaloids. You probably already know about Youpon… but just in case I thought I would introduce you to one of my good friends.

I might try it too and try to grow it, if this is a possibility here in the US. I am planning to plant ashwaganda in the spring. These two seem to call each other for a nice brew to start a day :)

I found that roots and herbs and food we grow ourselves or the ones from the local sources indeed are the most potent, as we are all connected, and the closer it is to home, the more in tune we are with the vibrations of these plants. This is also made me more grateful for offerings that travel to us long distances. As we used to travel long distances, days and months, to gather healing plants or receive words of wisdoms. Now we have little excuses, just need to put the listening ears on and open our eyes to receive :) 🙏
