[Drone] Obelisco de Buenos Aires, Argentina -- Plaza de la República --

Welcome to Inspire Time channel! In this video, I wanted to show the famous Plaza de la República en Buenos Aires Obelisco where the Argentine national flag was raised in the city for the first time in 1536. In many ways, Plaza de la Repblica (Republic Square) is reminiscent of Time Square in New York City, which is a wonderful destination to visit. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of Buenos Aires from above with a 4k drone recording.
Plaza de la República (Republic Square) is a city square in Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina. It is located at the intersection of the city's three main arteries: Ninth of July Avenue, Corrientes Avenue, and Diagonal Norte.
The monument itself was erected in 1936 to commemorate the fourth centenary of the first foundation of Buenos Aires by Pedro de Mendoza in 1536. Measuring 67.5 meters in height, the obelisk was was designed by Argentine modernist architect Alberto Prebisch, who also designed the Gran Rex Theatre, which can be found nearby at Corrientes 857. Each side of the obelisk is 8.8 meters wide.
