Wow! I just love this one! Best of the wave. Hands down. This might now be my second favorite Iron Man figure. The 80th Anniversary Iron Man is still my favorite though. It's the classic Shell head that rocked the title for 30 years. 'Nuff Said.
Saw a video from another guy and he didn’t show those hidden leg twists or the boots and I wasn’t interested but you showed it more better and I’m definitely gonna get one
My favorite comic Iron man is Modular Iron Man, followed by the 80th Anniversary Iron Man, then the 20th Marvel Legends Anniversary Iron Man. This one might become my 4th favorite.

Not bad but if it had a ball jointed waist, some butterfly joints and a proper double ball jointed head it could have been very good. Thanks for the review Dan.
It's a good figure I thought when in first saw it it was going to have a second ball job at the waist as it could have been hidden in the sculpt but apart from that it's good
Although this may turn some people's heads away, I think it might bring some- this suit is the one that appears in the Marvel x Fortnite comics and is presumably coming to the game itself as the second Iron Man. Not yet, but sort-of implied.
Now this is what you call a dope ass design for Tony Stark aka Ironman and even though I don't have him in hand, I well get him because I do love the design and I need to get hologram Ironman so I can put the AI Tony Stark on the armor despite the fact that the blues don't match, But still, Awesome review Dan.
I’m coming into this figure cold. I had no idea what the story behind this look is, and now that I know they’re borrowing from MCU with onboard AI named”Boss”, I can’t help but imagine John Goodman razzing RDJ. Probably over SNL. Boss is what I call the big guy. Private joke from years ago, too drunk to remember all the details. 😂 As for the design, NOT a fan of Alex Ross. I would lose the light discs on the glove/boot cuffs. The hips I can see referring to those hip pods from 70s armor. The art almost made it seem as if there were two more lights on the chest repulsor, hinting at The Mouse. 😂 The helmet almost has an Ultron feel to it, esp with that jawline. Possible comic subplot ruined? Those smoke effects now make me want to finally custom Power Pack and use them for Jack/Mass Master. I think I picked up a couple Commander Rogers MU figures back in the day for them, but couldn’t find a decent “blank” F MU buck for Julie and esp Katie? Most had two obvious reasons they were too “curvy” to use. (I still don’t know why Disney isn’t printing money with a PP cartoon???)
I wasn't sure when I saw Erivera94's preview...but it's growing on me. I think it was a smart move not to give him a baf piece as he'll be one of the more popular characters. Maria Hill/Quake would also have been a good non bad piece option as they're army builders. I should receive Modular Iron Man this week. Silver Centurion has always been a favourite of mine but they messed up the head and neck articulation on the figure. I also like the classic 80th Anniversary and Invincible Iron Man figs.
Great armor design and great sculpt, but this figure is let down by its lack of paint. At the very least, they should have used the plastics they used for the 80th Anniversary Iron Man. That alone would have significantly improved this figure.

I like the articulation on the open palms. They can work with all the other red and l gold armors with locked wrists.
Brandon made me want this figure, but this review solidified it. Ordered.

We only got movie versions of Ironman for so long and all the comic collectors waited.....now they are pumping them out and I’m not mad about it.
I didn’t like this figure at first but it’s starting to grow on me.

Swapping the clear blue Tony head onto the holo armor is first thing I did. I shrug off the discrepancy as hard light armor with “soft” light head.
