That’s right, if she doesn’t know she should do her research first- after all Turkey is a muslim country there are some Christians so you won’t see too many pork dishes

I miss cruise ships. Used to cruise all the time but haven’t been on one since before the pandemic hit. I have one booked for spring break in April, and it’ll be my longest one yet so I’m definitely looking forward to getting back into it

Also, in Turkiye Starbucks is a huge luxary and I would recommend you to go to a traditional coffee shop.

Mantı doesn’t contain pork. It contains beef meat. We don’t eat pork in Turkiye.

We still eat pork in Turkey because turkey is NOT a muslim country, it's a secular country. But yeah mantı usually doesn't have pork in it, some places they do but it doesn't taste good together.
