This is great, but that pool should really have handrails by the steps. All pools should.

Its just body, its not the person. Just a vehicle for the soul to have human experience. Big, small, whatever. Once they start feeling better they can start caring the vehicle. just little bit love, water and sun light. Like a plant 🥰 we can care for the body

It's sick that anyone should feel unworthy because of their weight. My heart broke when they read out their letters. These are lovely people and I am sad that anyone, including themselves, should think otherwise. Lose weight if you want to, but know that you are already worthy right now, just the way you are. Thanks for bravely sharing your stories!

You are obviously a physically attractive person. However your comments have demonstrated that you are beautiful on the inside as well🙂Thank you for your compassion for those who struggle with their weight ❤

Jenny seems like she would be so much fun to be around. It's sad that she felt she had to hide herself away for so long.

This is a real hotel in Antigua. If you search for it’s website, you will find out the real name. It starts with a C but every time I type it in the comments, my comment disappears. This hotel really is outfitted for plus size visitors. If anyone reading these comments has visited in person, I would love to hear about your experience there!

Jamaica? What about diet and exercise, like walking?

They are having them go out & do things. For people that big, that’s quite a bit of exercise & it helps build confidence too as the exercise occurs during these fun challenging events. Also it’s obvious these people are struggling psychologically, so simple diet & exercise likely wouldn’t remain consistent. They need mental health help too.

Changing lifestyle will help them more than anything. As in being more active, having fun, building confidence, etc. If they stay miserable, they’d never stick to a diet & exercise.
