They really argue against it and go back to the same questions we answered and the same lies that get debunked. It's very weird and sad because it don't gotta be like that. It's not like that in NY, we embrace one another in our culture out here and embrace the truth, black Americans included. This only powers us more yet these outta state black Americans are afraid of something. Wyte Americans out there really fuked their heads up till this day. I wish they can get over their black supremacy ego and just accept the truth so they can be hip hop with the rest of us. • @JoseBXNY
      @JoseBXNY Рік тому

      @@Gmack_Brick_CityI'm cracking up because you black people are still ignoring your African roots. Rap roots back to African chanting and break dancing roots back to indigenous culture. Ya swear ya invented it but ignore all the years it existed, even before black Americans existed. That African culture was carried to the Caribbeans (PR included) where mixed with indigenous culture, they danced and chanted. In the 1500s, Bomba in PR was created where African and indigenous culture is celebrated. Plena was invented in 1900s, in both we rap. We rap in Spanish hardcore or not, we even freestyle. In salsa we rap in Spanish. We even Have breaks. We're natural with music, when we came to NY we brought it back to black Americans who was stripped of African culture. We even brought instruments ya used for genres. We came as artist as well hence to our natural talent in dominating the Graffiti element of hip hop, we draw in walls to in PR. We also dominated the breakdancing thanks to our indigenous blood. We stay away from the spotlight due to violent activities we was mixed up in so we don't make noise about it, till now that you black Americans are working over time spreading lies. In NY, black Americans, Caribbeans and Puerto Ricans all realized we share these elements naturally due to African blood (we brought that back to black Americans and ya still reject it) so we put our minds together. DJ Cool Herc was da DJ who brought all elements together and mixed the genres (black American influence yes, but there's much more that Influenced him that talks about) to create the culture. He watched the diverse youngins dance on certain parts of the song and perfected the break. Show respect to the Bronx, we created the culture YOU follow.

    American music forms: Spirituals, Blues, Ragtime, Jazz, Country, Gospel, Bluegrass, Folk, Rock n Roll, Doo-Wop, Soul, Funk, Disco, Punk, House and of course Rap and Hip Hop---all enjoy well documented African American roots coupled with undeniable Black American influence---whether directly or indirectly..
    Latinos -- Puerto Ricans particularly -- please explain how you co-created or co-invented yet another installment in the legacy of Black Musical expression known as Rap and Hip Hop, yet didn't co-create or co-invent any of the elements of the 14 or so African American music forms that preceeded it? Or why you were nowhere to be found and absent during the creative and inventive foundation outlining the forms of African American musical expression, brilliance and greatness throughout, or even prior to the previous 14 or so African American music forms that are mentioned above yet then? Yet then, all of a sudden--out of nowhere, you folks come along and falsely claim latinos and/or puerto ricans co-created and co-invented Rap and Hip Hop 50/50 half n half (which is the evidence-free and utter nonsense being peddled by Dr. Derrick Colon, radical latino, Fat Joe and numerous other un-informed and envious latinos---claims latinos never mentioned, verbalized or asserted during its inception in the early 1970's)---latinos claims of "50/50--half & half co-creation and co-invention just don't add up---it makes no sense and are increasingly coming under heavy scrutiny which is leading to these claims being easily debunked--widespread. Nice try though latinos and puerto ricans.

      @@mikelee9612you're not talking about Puerto Ricans. You're talking about some other Spanish ethnicity. We don't treat our own family members like shyat, we're not racist. You're not Puerto Rican. Where you from?? Because in NY we don't see color.
