    Awesome. Great shots. But no pie or whipped cream though. 😂👍. We should keep a count of the number of times you say "what's the name of where we are John?" 😂👍. I love John's "help I've fallen and you should be able to see me" vest. 😂❤️

    Went to Montezuma’s Castle years ago. An interesting place. Yes, I really like John’s sleeveless jacket. It affords great visibility if you all were biking too.

    Well, missed that turn as we took 179 up to Sedona and remember going through the Verde area from Phoenix, but didn’t pay attention to what else was near Sedona. Will make it on one of the next SW trips in 2023 or possible in the late fall of 2022.

    I am curious about how the ancient people survive using the water for their crops and drinking water survived with such high arsenic levels? Great video as always!

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  2 роки тому +1

      I'm thinking they may not have used the well as a drinking source. The river is much closer. I'll have to ask next time we go there.

    Love your channel. I'm drawn to the way you roll. I've learned so much from you as a fellow van traveler. Thank you for what you do. It is very much appreciated. I was one of the lucky ones to get a Ridge Monkey several years ago. They aren't available at the present time. Your brother should add the line to his store. I did purchase one of his camp stools. Great
    product!!! Would you be willing to share the brand of your vest you wore in the last video. Stunning! Thank you from Ohio

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  2 роки тому

      Thank you so much Susan. I wish I knew the brand of the vest because I would like to see what else they sell. But it is reversible and there are no tags anywhere. I even looked in the pockets. I got it at a little shop in Sedona. It was the last one and half off. I felt pretty lucky.

    Greetings from Alabama! A solid story, a bit of humor and a strong B-roll, what’s not to like? Using the illuminated heads of grass as a transition was beautiful. Your hard work and editing tenacity shows, Debbie. Well done! 👍

    Nice video. Brought me back. I especially enjoyed your creative camera angles such as looking vertical at the sky though the trees and low angle at the rock layers while you were hiking. Glad you made it to V bar V too

    We managed to take in all things Grenfell this summer in Newfoundland. You are in for a treat when you visit. I admit I can’t imagine such a drive from SoCal to Newfoundland and Labrador! Stay safe.

    Lovely video Debbie. Canada's eastern most province of Newfoundland and Labrador, NL, are wonderful. But, Labrador is Labrador, not the Labrador. We are hoping to meet you in person at the Rally by the Sea in New Brunswick in June.

      Thanks for the correction. Reminds me of how Americans always put “the” in front of hospital, as in “going to the hospital” where Brits say, “going to hospital.”

    What a neat area. I love your videos. Have you changed your window covers?

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks. We're still using the warm window covers that I made several years ago. They work extremely well although I am tempted to make new ones because those were my prototypes and they don't look all that great.

    Hi Debbie, great video ! I recall a couple years ago you and John had some trouble with the sofa/bed actuator and had to order a part. I would like to keep it in my spare parts arsenal. Do you remember the supplier and part name/number? Thanks so much.

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  2 роки тому

      Our dealer ordered it from Pleasureway. I think you have to go through a dealer. But you might check the forum to see if someone has found a supplier.

  • @BriHe

    It is so amazing in that area. Great job of capturing it for us!! Can't wait to hear more of your father's adventures! We have been blessed to visit the area several times in our Pleasureway Excel because our daughter lived in Tucson. We are going to Rally by the Sea, but only from Illinois. Hoping to glean some travel plans from the Illinois to New Brunswick leg :-) We have never traveled East as of yet.

    very good. Did you say the well have high Arsenic levels? Did the indigenous people drink that? Arsenic is a natual occurring crystal, that not necessarily deadly but not heathy either! thank you please stay safe see you in school tomorrow, Nick doesn't like it if your late

    • @FromShetoMe
      @FromShetoMe  2 роки тому

      I think it is naturally occurring and I'm thinking they might have consumed it unless it tasted terrible. But that's a good question and I'll have to do some research.

    Is that a new backpack you are wearing? It looks very lightweight and a good small size. This video brought back good memories of a previous trip my husband and I made to that area.
