I’m pretty sure they didn’t film her ACTUALLY waking up. That would be weird. She probably got into the bed later to reenact it so it’d make sense if she had her hair and makeup. However it kinda looks like she’s not wearing makeup, there are people who have smooth clear skin and long lashes ( or maybe extensions, etc).
