Awesome build series. 💯 This truck looks like the longer wheelbase allows the TSM to work better and easier. No matter it looks like a great Rc that Rips
@JonnyJetson754 Thank you! Spot on with the handling. This performs so much better than the 4x4 Slash. Handles like it's on rails. Curious why YT creators are not talking about it more.
Now I can't wait to see this thing in action, using the Max esc and motor, this is going to be insane. To bad that the wheels didn't come with the hardware. Looking forward for the next step. How much difference is the placement of motor mount with this motor compared to the original? Take care and stay safe
@sparetimerc Al, always appreciate you stopping in. You know not much. Using the premotor adjustment from Traxxas the mesh was jut too tight. Little Loctite and no issues though. I've got a couple 3S packs in so far. Running good. 4S maybe the next move.
Wouldn't the center of the pinion be the same place regardless of bore size? I'm having a Brandon moment seeing how that affects mesh. Are the pinion and spur the same gear pitch?
Looking better (than part 1). Can't wait for part 3. 👍🏼👍🏼
@ninthislandrc Part 3 is the icing on the cake, if you like cake😆
@@ReadySetRC Honestly, cake is 'ok'...I much prefer brownies. Lol
Looking like this is going to be a beast!
@NathanStorer-RC Thank you👍

@boduke9428 Same pitch. Nah it's not. Makes the mesh a little tight. It's better to do it by hand.
