I too love a good fight scene. The best fight scenes I've read were in The Green Bone Saga by Fonda Lee. She herself being a black belt, she knew how each fight should be choreographed and her being a phenomenal writer helped her channel that picture into the pages. I'm a huge fan of fantasy, I've read books by Sarah J Maas. Jennifer L Armentrout but when it comes to fight scenes, Lee really takes the cake. There was one particular fight in book 2, 'Jade War' which was so brilliant that I did not want that chapter to end.
hi christine, just wanted to say that i’ve been enjoying your first two videos. i like the way you express your thoughts! you’ve also kind of pushed me to start my own channel. i feel like i’m more inspired by smaller channels to motivate me to start my own. it’s just you, the camera, and a book. nothing flashy. i hope to see more from your channel! anyways, have a great day :)
I wish you the best of luck with your new channel! I am so happy that watching my videos alongside other channels pushed you into the side of video making! I do also find comfort watching smaller channels and older videos of more popular booktubers because it feels more intimate having a crappy-ish phone to record in compared to the $1000 cameras that more seasoned video creators use. I guess seeing videos like that makes it more attainable for those who are starting out. Again best of luck and I hope we can support each other throughout our journeys :) Have a lovely day too!!!!
Hi! I’ve been wanting to read “A little life” for a looong time. I think it is time to do it! I have never read manga before but “Goodbye Punpun” seems like a good way to start… is it? You have a wonderful way of engaging with your audience, honestly I feel like your my friend that’s telling me what you been up to ^_^
AHHHH I'm so excited for you to read "A Little Life"!!! you will not regret it! (it may feel regretful when you are in the middle of the book when you realize that it's long but by the end you will wish that it was even longer) "Goodbye Punpun" is extremely AWAY from mainstream mangas that are more action scenes and you know the very common animes, so I would totally recommend it! It is a rare find in manga for sure! I am so happy that you enjoyed my rambling 😭🫡 You are so sweet! I hope you have a lovely week ahead of you
