@@take_two_vlogs Hi! I've got the exact same model as the one you're demonstrating. I've had one problem though. The pressure drops if you keep it running for more than a few seconds. Any suggestions?
@@take_two_vlogs When you were unboxing, the bidet handle looked different from the one in the video. After the installation, are you showing two different styles of the bidet head? In the unboxing video, there is a button-style head, but afterward, you show a different style without a button-just a handheld water sprayer. I am confused.
Thank you. I feel confident I can do this. My problem is in my one bathroom it is very tight so I will have to work a little harder but at least I know what to do.
If you turn the main valve which is near your supply line it will stop the water to both bidet and the tank but if you switch off the valve on the splitter the tank will still fill, it will only switch off the bidet. Hope that helps
You have to make sure your toilet supply lines and t-valve have washers in it (sometimes the washers of the supply line are worn out and for the t-valve they are provided separately in the packaging which you have to insert). The threads have to match exactly when tightening the t-valve to the toilet and the supply line to the t-valve. I have never used Teflon and never failed on me.
Haha, yeah I just had to reinstal twice after the original instal. First a leak at the T Junction and then at the toilet port. Not a drop after the third attempt though. Just make sure you apply quality tape and some waterproof lube to all joints that leak.
It’s easy to install, and most of it will work with just strong hand, however in my case, and I’m sure that many will face this is that the inlet attached to the wall or ground from where the main water supply comes was not touched from many years. When I went to tighten it to install the bidget, and later had to open it, there was a leak from that. So I had to immediately go to Home Depot and get a replacement which is only $10 but the problem with that is now you need a wrench and you need to shut off the guitar home’s water supply to fix it.
Do you leave the valve on, in the directions mine says to turn it off every time but that's a headache having to reach behind the toilet every time to turn it on
The sprayer holder hook can be wall mounted or can be clipped to the toilet tank. If yours broke contact the customer support and the manufacturer will send you a replacement.
Great video, thank you! A question, my toilet tank does not have the water hose attached at the bottom of the tank, like the most common ones. Instead, it goes all the way up and inside the tank. I will need to attach the spray hose to the other end (the one that comes out of the floor on your video, out of the wall in my case). Do you know if I can get a diverter or something that would allow me to do that?
There is no difference, same company. One has a button which you need to push to get the water and then push it from the other side to stop and the other model has a lever which needs to be kept pushed in order to get the water.
Is the t-valve one size fits all or are there different ones for different toilets? I want to get a bidet online but I’m worried if it’ll fit my toilet or not
Yes for the houses built after the 1970's the toilet supply lines are standard, with a 3/8th inch compression at one end and 7/8th inch ballcock nut at the end which will thread into the T-valve and then the other end of the T-valve in your toilet. The bidet hose will connect to the other opening of the T-valve.
No this one is only for cold water. If you would like hot water too, you will have to have a receptacle near the toilet as those bidets do need a power source.
Very easy to follow. But by looking at the toilet seat, I can't understand what measurement of hose we would need. Some of them are selling 7/8 and others are 1/2.
3/8th inch compression to 7/8th inch ballcock nut supply is the standard for toilet supply lines. You can use your existing toilet supply lines. For the bidet its just an additional T-valve which has to be installed. So your 7/8th inch nut will go into the T-valve and then the other end will screw on to your toilet fill valve which is coming out from the tank.

There is no such rule. You can install a bidet on your own as long as you are comfortable with plumbing. Drinking water has all together a different faucet which is next to your kitchen sink so there is no chance of cross contamination.
Yes you can install at a rental property and in offices but please make sure you are informing the building property management in advance and taking permission (if required) as per building rules.
