Where is the principle of separation of powers whereby the Head of the Executive arm came out saying that they must be charged to Court.. He said that but you failed to cover that aspect.. Let's leave the FCT and Anambra State out of this. The Ọyọ State Governor being the Head of the Executive arm appeared to be undermining the Judicial process and matters beyond his competence.. What steps has Seyi Makinde taken to set up Commission of Inquiry or Committee to find out the circumstances and facts before and at the event. and to proffer policy to forestall future occurrence other than descending into the arena?? In the first instance was the event about distributing food palliative?? Not at all. It included giving of scholarships and other items. And who says they did not arrange for security? You guys have already biased your mind against those three people by saying all these, which is unfair. You have already made up your mind that they must go to jail with your analysis . If indeed the trio had been charged with an offence, is that the reason why Bail Application must be opposed..??? No one is happy at the stampede and we all are grieving about the loss of the young ones.. But you should not display bias against the organisers. Whatever Charges the Ministry of Justice may have proferred, they are basically not capital offences and the offences charged are Bailable. Hence, the Application for Bail should not have been opposed and I suspect a biased intendment to send the organiser including the school Principal to jail.. The statement of Seyi Makinde was undermining the Judicial process. You used example of bomb at Bodija but the facts are not on all fours with this one looking at the circumstances of the case.. What did Seyi Makinde say or what did the police do about having identified the person who did that one of Bodija?? Is that not hypocrisy and double standards???
