How did this game had multiple launches, multiple years left in the dust, and it STILL got updated to be one of, if not the best racing game of the current times???
After 9 years of the best racing game ever created, we have to say goodbye to a true masterpiece in videogames story Goodbye, Mario Kart 8, you will be missed 🫡
9 years since this game first came out. To see how much it’s grown since its first launch on the Wii U is nothing short of amazing. I mean, 96 tracks?! That’s absolutely insane. If we really are approaching the end of the Switch era, then I think it’s really poetic that it seems to end with one of the games it started with. And I can’t wait to see where the series goes next.
thanks, I really wanted to listen to these songs and I’ve waited for you to post them, there’s something about your uploads that makes it different from others 🙂
Thank you Dave for all your hard work in Preserving Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Soundtrack. The community appreciates you, and I can't wait to see you in the next game. Hopefully, they bring back the same music composer, and the music is as good, if not better, then this game Soundtrack. I have one last request for you. Can you upload the full version of Dolphin Shoals and Big Blue? Thank you for all your work.
It has been an amazing 10 years of experience of Mario Kart 8, and it is sad that it is all coming to an end. The music in this game is phenomenal. This credit theme represents the end of Mario Kart Tour and the BCP DLC era. I hope they took all the lessons they learned and applied it to their next game. This is the best Mario Kart and the longest support Nintendo game to this date. Cheers, I see everyone in the next game in the new era. 🎉
What a turbocharged, trans-dimenional crossover; straightened out through the vastness of the time-space continuum, where we experience memorable milestones in Mario Kart history. It's lame and pathetic that the Honeyhive queen bumblebee, Koopa Paratroopa, D.K. Jr., and the Robotic Operating Buddy(plus two Yoshis- brown and purple) aren't a part of this chronological grand prix🏆. From the Wii U to the Switch, Nintendo brung forth this freewheeling masterpiece. The DLC's both old and new made it lots of fun. Domo arigato to the Booster Course Pass, your virtual driver's license. Now it's time for Nintendo to make a new video game system, and keep Mario Kart going. It could be called the Super Switch, and "Mario Kart 8" might be ported again; this time with the title "Mario Kart 8 Ultimate". Like before in the previous yet current Switch version, the DLC's come already downloaded. Therefore, the Booster Course Pass would automatically be available; and the following characters might come back: Honeyhive Queen Koopa Paratroopa Donkey Kong Jr. R.O.B. Two additional Yoshis(brown and purple) But choose a couple of THESE characters who will only be available in this upcoming yet nonexistent version: Dixie Kong King Bob-Omb Cranky Kong Paper Mario Polterpup Gooigi Ganondorf Toadsworth Meowser Octoling Captain Falcon King K. Rool Luma(yellow, red, green, blue, cream, black) Sprixie Princess(red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple) a Dry Bones with wings Prince Florian Pit(pallette swap is Dark Pit) Palutena Viridi a Popplio Baby Wario Hammer Bro(pallette swaps are Boomerang Bro, Fire Bro, Sledge Bro, and Ice Bro) King Olly Olivia Elephant 🐘 Mario ...and introducing Baby Waluigi. The rest will come out when "Mario Kart 8 Ultimate" is updated... I hope. There'd also be more racetracks both old and new, some of which will collaborate with other Nintendo video games. Like the ones at Wuhu Island(Sadly, the blimp still says Wii) For the final(but somewhat make-believe) update, a racetrack based on Super Smash Bros. You can shift into turbo at the battlefield and put the pedal to the metal at Final Destination, but watch out for Giga Bowser.
@@Lilythetcccreference It’s really not. The melody synth is downright garbage and does not fit the setting at all. The lack of live instruments for anything not bass/drum makes it mix horribly. The use of actual instruments (or at least synths that heavily resemble a shakuhachi; idk if it’s real or not) makes this version sound so much better.
Why would they? These credits are pretty much credits for Tour as well, not Wii. Every theme is a Tour course. Coconut Mall doesn’t deserve to be included in credits for Tour. Besides, retro course music isn’t used in credits. Only nitros. Since the BCP is basically Tour, that’s why all the themes in the credits are Tour songs.

No? We don't need to say goodbye for a long while yet. Not until the online stops which won't be for ages
@@noname-jt6klbro he means the fact that this game is not gonna be the most recent Mario kart lmao
We don’t have to say goodbye It’s not going anywhere.
The game starts with the SNES game's main theme (title screen music if you wait) and ends with a segment of the SNES game's credits theme.
It's also great that this credits theme references the oldest Mario Kart (SNES) and what is technically the newest Mario Kart (Tour)
Tokyo Blur and Sky-High Sundae jumpscares be like

This song is the best and all, but why didn't they include Coconut Mall? Even still, the original Super Mario Kart Credits being here is amazing!
This song only includes the original SMK credits theme and music from Tour

Well, they’re the only reason we even have the BCP. It makes complete sense. Tour didn’t get its own credits, so in a way, this makes up for it.
