Well LCA is not a top 10 team in Richmond,l metro area and Va Prep schools are as good as the public school teams. Private/prep schools are only big for basketball in Va like Oak Hill Academy. Highland Springs is the number one team in the state and their a public school as well as they are in the same area LCA is but LCA won't play them.

Haven't missed the playoffs in 11 years so if thats not a powerhouse then I don't know what is. They still reached the Regional Finals a few years ago after a sloppy 1st half of the season but the program have been trending downhill. That was when they had Caden Sterns(univ of Texas) playing both ways. Coaching Staff is trash and doesn't motivate their talent.
