I would have tried to use a better material than cardboard I'm sure it's not that difficult, that way I can attach the front panel with small amounts of high-strength Velcro. And you don't replace the battery or SD card
I know this is more of a novelty in the amount of people who build it won't play it more than a few times. but that price is absurd you could get a new PSP for that price and less than two minutes be emulating Gameboy and N64. No it's not a perfect N64 emu but most of the emulators run Super Mario 64 quite well which is the only N64 game I ever played. And arguably the PSP/ vita is the best way to play Gameboy advance games, because it has the the original form factor but with a very nice OLED screen.
