I was going to say Tokyo, but honestly all of Japan is truly a foodie paradise. I love the food in Tokyo to Osaka from street food like Takoyaki to coffee cafes to sushi. It's easily one of the best food countries, and obviously food cities like Tokyo and Osaka.
