This is arguably the best Masters to date. The shot through the trees was truly unbelievable. And to win it with what Amy was going through. Just fantastic.
And he has always done well he’s always been in the mix even he’s always stayed under par he didn’t win he still got at least 2 under in most of the masters

Phil's shot on the 13th from the pine straw is the greatest shot in masters history. No other golfer would of even tried that shot. Let alone accomplish it.

One of the most interesting things, if there is a second hill but counter to the first hill, the ball will keep curving into the hill for some time as it decelerates, then go straight before it turns back over. A LOT of them misread that.

"Oh that's what I did at so and so and this at that time." etc. And that was what I did when I won it the first time. Nick why don t you belt up about YOU. Please. And the way be keeps trying to lord over fellow commentators like Peter Oosterhouse. He keeps coming out with these irritating corrections. Its rude. Belt up. It is incredible Tiger played this tournament since 6 months earlier his personal life imploded. Thought he would have disappeared to an island in the pacific to hide and take the year off period. He had guts showing his face in front of all those people. I'm sure he took a lot of verbal abuse that week.

I remember seeing this live. I was dating a girl that looked just like Amy and she had broken up with me that weekend. I watched this at my dads house and when Amy came out I cried my eyes out.
I was sitting in front of my TV screaming "Amy, you better be there for this." So glad she was well enough to make that trip because that embrace behind 18 is one of the great moments in Masters history, along with Tiger and dad, Tiger and Charlie and Jack and Jack.

I haven't heard Kim's name for years... the truly gifted golfers like Woods, Nickolas, Palmer and give it back Phil, you'll hear their names forever and see clips of their fantastic shots forever as well... there's plenty of great talent out there today, Thomas, Speith, Rahm, Garcia, Johnson... but I don't see Kim anywhere... what happened to him if he's so great?

I don't know what it is that haunts Lee Westwood in Majors..? One of the best ball strikers in golf. But it abandons him when he gets in contention in Majors. I still hold out hope that he will win 1 someday! And I forgot how big Anthony Kim got for a period of time. Wonder what he's up to these days..? He was destined to be the next big thing. Unfortunate for KJ Choi. I always cheer/ed for him. Such a stoic competitor. And man, I forgot how badly Phil the thrill hit his driver this round. Amazing how well he scored considering that! 1 of the best shot makers in the history of golf. Love watching back these old Masters tournaments!
