Don't need hydraulic press. You can use same size socket or a cut piece ply and a c clamp that will cost you ~₹600. Put the ply both side and slowly tighten the clamp. The bush will slowly slid in. This way you can save time, money and do the work in a better way. You can refer to a channel called Technical guruji. He has a video explaining a similar process on swing arm bush installation.
