It is a lie. It is not true that they are trying to calm down, and the person who responded to you does not understand that the colors are not natural and lose saturation in natural and vivid mode. I can confirm that
They should solve the problem instead of this worthless talk
Thank you, finally someone telling the truth about it. But they can do it. The vivid settings's slider is outdated for this technology. It needs to be adapted to please those who wants more vivid colors (unnatural of course and LESS ACCURATE).
@@See6H12O6 S24 comes with DCI-P3 D65. But yeah, this should be selectable.
It's a lie I got an official reply directly from Samsung uk saying that they are aware of the issue and a forthcoming update will fix the issue
Typical nonsense response.the new display clearly looks inferior and washed out.simple as that.
I hope they solved this issue cause my s22 ultra has better colors and i'm not happy with s24 ultra
Agreed
Same here. I have the s22 and I'm thinking of just keeping it and returning the s24
Same😢
Thinking to return my s22 ultra
I agree my s22 looks way better.than mybs24. Not happy
I'm getting headaches looking at my new S24+
This isn't a fix. It's washed out with ECS both on and off on my S24+
No offense, but you don't have very good eyes. Turning Eyeshield off DOES NOT fix the issue. The colors are still extremely dull and pale in comparison to an S22 Ultra or an S23 Ultra with eye comfort shield also off. The issue is not a "setting change". It's s a software bug. The issue is that the vivid option is not truly the vivid option. It's actually using the color pallete of the natural tone. You can test this by toggling back and forth between vivid and natural and youll see that you'll barely even notice a difference. Now do the same thing on an s22 ultra or an s23 Ultra and you'll see a massive difference when you toggle between vivid and natural. Get your eyes checked bro. This is NOT a setting issue so please don't make these false videos like this claiming you've fixed the issue. This can only be fixed via a software update from Samsung.
thats not the point he need to push out videos even if theres no proof. thats the world of youtube these days
It's a bug ofc but this is the best that can be done until that's fixed.
Sit your as down and keep quiet
In My s24 ultra .. the eye comfort shield WAS OFF from start.... I searched everything.. what the FU...k they did???? So muted Washed out colors!!!!! My moto edge 30 ultra next to Samsung is a dream!!!! Also the contrast is like grey!!! And the brightness not good.. like all the display is dim and bad quality...
But a phone with the overclocked Snap Gen3 in the same litography, with same battery and brighter screen offers better battery life. I wonder how that is possible 😂 You have the answer. There are no miracles but there is a lot of quasi engineering marketing gibberish from Samsung and other brands. This is when they try to sell almost the same phone second year in a row.
You can clearly see the colors are still brighter and more vivid on the right phone
Get your eyes checked buddy
Agree, the green is much darker on the S23 than the S24. You can clearly see & I'm 1/2 blind. I got mine coming tomorrow. However, I can do that AI stuff on my S22 Ultra by going into my pics, choose a picture, then click on an object & hit the "Eye Icon" at the top right & it does the same hoogle search as Circle to Search does.
I'm keeping my S22 ultra wired earbuds, even though I rarely use them. I've just been waiting on that flat display. But of course, you're going to have muted colors.
It's like putting on a dark privacy screen protector. Just play with the settings & you'll get it the way you like it. Heck, the 24 ultra cameras will pair to any Samsung Tablet & no one is talking about it. lol
Its definitely vivid but not brighter
Why does everyone just comment without even watching the full video? 🤔🤔🤔
Eye comfort shield just produces a much warmer color. It should not add a fixed vivid mode. This phone is broken.
Just finished setting up my S24+, and its the same issue. Eye confort Shield is not the problem here. No matter what setting i change its still looks washed out.
Same here, it doesn't work for me whatever I do.
Yeah same here. My s22 plus screen looks so much better
Same here, it's just no good.
Samsung is about to get sued for laying about how good this phone is! IPhone is way better!!
Setting the vividness slider to the max helps with the colors a tiny bit
Ok, I've had my S24Ultra for the past couple of days, and i also have my S23Ultra, so im able to put them next to each other. There's a lot more than just washed out colors going on with the screen of the S24Ultra, the contrast is also super crappy, and with my S23Ultra brightness slider only half way, i have to crank up the slider much more on the S24U to match the same brightness. The only good thing is that no, it is not the "anti reflective" coating on the new screen , and it is a software issue, so Samsung can fix it (if they want to). The problem for them, is that if they don't fix it before the return window closes for all of us who are not willing to accept a much more expensive phone flawed or handicapped by the software, then at least in my case, I'll be keeping my S23Ultra, and back it goes the new phone. So Samsung is against the clock here if they don't want to have a massive wave of returns over this.
I just got mine yesterday evening and ready to give it back immediately after seeing how bad the screen looks
How come all the amazing reviewers on UA-cam did not mention about this problem.
@@Greggozzobecause they’re paid shills
@@Greggozzo The answer is obvious, they're getting their review phones for free. If I was getting my phone for free, I too could easily overlook the fact that the colors and contrast on the screen are flawed. After all, who cares about integrity, honesty and transparency in this world anymore???
@Greggozzo they are getting paid to lie and deceive. They truly need that money to afford groceries in bidens America
Have the same problem on my s24+. According to NLtech...a youtuber, it is the DCI-P3 colour gamut settings. On the s23U it is 99.8% whereas for the s24 series it is 88.3%. The test results where shown on his video. His conclusion was to wait for a SW upgrade and hopefully Samsung will fix the issue in the next one.
Seems very informative
Saw that video too, hoping it will be fixed. Think it was him that said Jan 31st will be an update? Hopefully 🤞
I also have the problem..
Surprisingly, not a single well established youtubers have said about this issue in their reviews...! This is so sad, and as they are highly paid, they keep their mouth shut about the most important thing in Samsung phone...!!
This is the only way Samsung managed to sell such shiity product...!! Feeling like cheated...!
Some don’t care man, they would never even use the phone as a main daily driver, do the review, next and next
Yeah I noticed that some youtubers don't even have a sim card in there s24s when they are reviewing it. It's all about the money now in days..
Yes, this is part of the business...
I still have my sim in my Oppo Find X7 Ultra, been using it for 8 days fully as my main driver, next week will switch to S24U.
They didn't talk about the problem because it doesn't exist... You just need to disable ECS and adaptative color tone to have the same screen as the S23 ultra.
Their only role is to act as third party sales people, while their channel serves as a store front in a little way.
I knew many games were released unfinished. Is releasing unfinished phones the new trend? For 1400$ I expect it to work properly.
Best comment! I feel like the only selling point here for Sammy is ai and the titanium bandwagon. So the inflated the price only because of these two things, no one is innovating anymore no. They just push ai and titanium !
I hope Samsung solves this because my note 10+ still has better color quality but this is annoying because the eye comfort mode on the s24 ultra has strange colors that I don't understand
note10+ has better colors and screen quality?
@@a77kwyes it has... not as much as s24 ultra but it still has...
Agree. I noted the same even if my note's screen is cracked. I thought the problem was just my settings. Glad to know it's not just me.
100 percent agreed! My Note 20 Ultra and my cousin's Note 10 Plus have incredible images on screen still.
I just bought mine today and I have a Note 20 ultra which wanted to replace because it is not retaining charge even if the battery was changed and the display of the S24U is horrible compared to N20U
Dont worry guys i just spoke to samsung today , the reason why the colours are dull is that the vivid and normal function aint working and they are aware of it and they are gona release a software to fix it soon ,its on their priority list . that will always fix the colours on the video mode too. its on the AWM9 model
Thanks!
Thanks, cant wait. But what about speed? S24 ultra feels slower when scrolling between screens.

I just got the new S24 Ultra. The colors are very muted and dull. I have tried all the different settings from the eye shield, vivid versus natural, advanced settings, and none of them make any significant difference. I am coming from the s21 Ultra which has great vivid colors and contrast. The second I turned on my S24 Ultra I wondered what the heck was wrong with the screen. I have called Samsung twice. The people I spoke with were not aware of the issue. I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to this new S24 Ultra model. The duller muted colors show up on the regular S24 and 24 plus as well. I hope they're able to fix this with a software update, otherwise I'm not keeping my S24 Ultra. I'll just go back to my s21 Ultra. Also I found I was getting a headache from using the S24 Ultra. I think that the screen is supposed to be brighter, but maybe because of the anti-glare coating they have to try to push more light through the screen to get the same brightness. I'm not sure, but it hurts my eyes to look at it. Again just very disappointed. I don't know how Samsung, who is the leader of OLED screens, allowed this to happen on there 2024 flagship phone.
We are going to get a security update to fix all the issues on February 21,2024 All the Samsung Galaxy S24 will get the security upgrade and something else I can't really remember right now but no need to worry Samsung knows all about the problems they will fix it don't worry it takes time but everything's going to be fixed
@@jay0726 Thanks for the information and date for the update. How did you get this information? Do you work for Samsung?
No I don't work for Samsung I got this information on UA-cam
Thank you!! It's better now. Weird, I used the adaptive eye comfort shield on my S23 Ultra and I didn't have this problem there. I guess I'll be keeping it off, at least until there is a fix.
I just got mine and I don't have the comfort shield enabled, but it's still a little washed out especially red and orange icons like reddit, substack Orange colors look like peach.. It seems like the gamma setting is way too high or something.
Try to turn white balance to coll in screen mode
Just disable the adaptative color tone
I already found the fix to this issue the RGB settings is messed up, the RGB bars are generally set to Max in S23 and other Samsung devices but in S24 series I noticed that RG were set to minimum while B at full, also the colour tone was set to cooler side instead of at the mid point. I changed these and issue got fixed.
can you tell us your exact settings if not too much trouble? thank you
He just did lol@@moriyama815
@@moriyama815 Go to the display settings where u get the vivid/natural option. Choose Vivid, then set the warm/cool slider to the middle. Then click on advanced settings and set all the three RGB to maximum or at any level but make sure they are equal.

It is a bug, not only on ultra check recent video from NL tech they checked all three s24s and the all have this issue
Its the anti-glare, not a bug.
I don´t know what to do. I tried your suggesstion. Nothing changed! Samsumg refuses to address the issue. I don´t know but I think I´ll have to retururn this. I really do not like this display, It´s lame, ugly and embarassing,
Are you serious? Just turn off eye comfort shield? Everyone has already done that. I noticed it when I had eye comfort shield off. I wish I could down vote this video. Completely useless and a waste of time for everyone.
Still have the same problem bro w.t. f are u talking about this is not a fix
Turn of eye comfort and natural tone, that's the best we can do now while waiting for an update.
I don't know if u gut lucky with ur Unit but my S24 Ultra is still after turning everything not so vivid like my old S21 Ultra wtf is Samsung doing😂😂 i mean i like the not so reflective Display but i want my Vivid Display back bro😂😂
I feel you, same here, can't understand what is happening. I have a friend with S24U, doesn't experience this issue.
just disable the "enhanced comfort" option, under the "eye comfort shield" menu. If u activate this option on the s23 ultra you will see the same washed out color, maybe in the s24 ultra is activate by default, and on the s23 ultra not
🤡🤡🤡
S24 Ultra is not that vivid(still vivid)but I believe it’s the more accurate between the two or some people just need an issue. I like the adaptive color.
Enabling Adaptive color tone making some screens consistently greener. It's like increasing the green offset in HSL.
Yep. Happened with my unit
@JulielMark it's not as matured as the true tone on iphones. Hope samsung fixes this.
Sir, eye shield is not the problem. There's a bug in the system that doesn't show the color gama right. The current fix there is to help it is by changing the new contrast option under developer settings. Switch to High contrast. Eyeshield will always add a yellowish tint, that's how you kill blue light.
What build do you have? This bug is on the AWM9 build, worldwide.
All the people who have this pro blem have ALREADY turned off everything that could cause this, myself included. Colors are still washed out and dull.. and when you change between vivid and natural, in the settings.. there is a very very small difference.. way to small of a difference
Same, there ain't any other build or?
That's not acceptable for me
Its not a issue with the 24 Ultra Armor Display...the S24+ has the same issues and its a gorilla glas victus 2.
I think its a softwareproblem and get fix with a Update👌🏻
Hi that's actually my message you showed at the being thanks , however when I made the changes to the display I still had washed out colours maybe mine is faulty? But it's not just the colours look at UA-cam 4zk hdr and the S24 ultra's image is actually less bright less dynamic highlights just a less vibrant image compared to the S21 Ultra image
Yes, I am not sure that this will be fixed with an update to be honest ... :(
Just try turning off the enhanced comfort option inside the eye comfort shield . Then you can use ecs easily without any issue
Thanks! I have s23 for 9 months and today checked a brand new s23 and I've just realised my phone's colour is so dull totally washed out. The new was vibrant and vivid..checked the enhanced comfort option and Voila. The new one was turned off mine was turned on.
Blue light won't hurt its a myth
Get ur brain checked bro

The problem is not with the Vivid mode / washed out colors, as this is software and will be resolved in a future update.
The real issue is the grain/noise. It's especially visible on lower brightness and dark environments. And more visible on gray backgrounds. The whole picture is full of grain/noise, it looks like a cheap LCD. I'm waiting another week for the sw update, but this looks like a hardware issue.
There are lots of reddit threads about the grainy look issue.
I dont have the eye comfort shield on and i still have the same issue
What is going on with the textes on s24 like here 2:23 It is as if the writing has a white halo on it
I just has eye comfort shield scheduled to be on between 20.00 and 07.00. Otherwise S24 display colours are virtually the same as S21 I have, however I do notice there is virtually not difference between vivid and normal.
FYI When I 1st got the S24 Ultra I noticed the screens black level was actually dark grey (but definitely not black) which looked really poor to me and reduces one of the big advantages for an OLED screen. However after some playing around with the display options it suddenly jumped to being actually black again - very weird!
What did you change to get the proper dark mode black color, that was the 1st thign Inoticed when comparing to my S23U!
@@user-aa40 I do not really know. I just messed around with the display settings and noticed it had fixed the black level.
Not a complete fix but it does improve it alot thanks. Its still more vivid on older phones and the one on the right in your video after the fix but it is improved. This needs to be fixed because my phone screen is so ugly lol.
What was the fix again?? I don’t have the eye comfort thing enabled so I can’t disable it, I mean I tried enabling and disabling it but I don’t see a difference
Blue light doesnt harm our eyes, so eye comfort doesnt fix much, i never use it, cause i want to see true colour of the picture, but also i have no problem with blue light, some people may be lil bit, but it was scientifically proven that it doesnt hurt you in any way, its all just about personal precision.
Nice fix! Did you compare the S23 with eye comfort on also? I'm sure it would be washed out too?
This video is not accurate. I never had the comfort shield on and the colors were still muted.
For those who are worrying. I bought a s24+ yesterday, and when I turned it on, it was with washed screen. I set vivid Mode and fixed 70%. And after a couple hours, I received an update, and it fixed 100%. So, its everything fine.
They released a statement saying its intended lmao
"We have adjusted the colors and brightness of Galaxy S24 series products to provide more accurate and comfortable viewing during use. Some changes have been made to the display technology to provide a more natural viewing experience, so users may notice differences in color depth compared to older devices.

Ok but this doesnt really solve any problems. The eye comfort shield is GOOD and not something that I want off. I dont have to turn it off for my note 20 ultra to look amazing so why should I be ok with that compromise on a 4 year newer phone?
Agree, it's not ideal. I did turn in back on, btw, check my last video.
Samsung are releasing an update that will include a new setting in the advanced display section called vividness. This should at least fix that.
@@VelianSpeaksTech when
Already out in Korea, hopefully soon for other countries.
Turning off eye shield,
Selecting Vivid and also setting contrast to high in developer settings makes it look much nicer.
In the same settings of eye comfort shield, try turning off the adjust color tone.
Adjust color tone just remove the yellow color .. washed color on the icons is still there
Same shit
Just got my 24 ultra and the screen colors are pathetic compared to my s22ultra even with eye shield turned off
Have this on an s24+. Changing this setting did help a bit but not completely. Its better but my s21u still looks more vibrant and pleasing. If there's no update in 1 week im returning the phone. I bought a Samsung for the punchy colours not this muted crap.
so, how it is now fixed ?? or you returned back
@Sweetybboy yes its fixed. Samsung released an update giving people the choice. There is now a vividness slider and one can adjust the vividness per their liking. It gets as saturated as previous Samsung models
You can still use your eye comfort shield.. just turn off the enhanced comfort option.that purposely makes it have less contrast to be easier on your eyes. Enhanced comfot option I believe is the problem although i dint know i cant test it as i dint have the s24 Ultra. But when i turn enhanced comfort on, on my s23 Ultra it does exactly that and tones down/washes out the colors. Im 99% sure thats the problem. I just turned on my enhanced comfort and it looks identical to what is happening on your 24 ultra
Returning my s24+ immediately. Samsung failed completely with this model.
Nope! Your fix does not work
Even with eye comfort shield enabled on my s21 ultra and eye comfort shield turned off on my s24 ultra the s21 is still way more vivid. So not really a fix, but an improvment.
Thanks for the fix, just got my S24 Ultra
Thanks for the video bro! Can you do a display comparison between the s24 ultra and the iphone 15 pro max?
For sure and with S23U
You are better off with the iphone15 promax. Display is brighter

The AOD has downgraded as well:( You don't have a "clock styles" option anymore, can't control the brightness of the AOD, and the notifications are not colored anymore, just boring white...Why do that?!

Depend on your equalizer settings. You have s23u? You dont care volume lvl? Check this settings: dolby atmos on if you inside home/etc, film if you watch netflix, generaly "automatic its the worst but better in outide a little boost volume. Then equalizer samsung settings in dolby atmos: 250hz -5 500hz -6, 1khz -3, 2khz -3, 4khz -3 8khz -3, 16khz -2. If you listen music horizontal phone 8khz its so much crispy then -4 lvl its better. :) its the most hifi settings in every phone you can hear. But lvl sound its not the best. But you really hear strong bas, great middle, and good hight and crazy good separation instruments and vocal
I can remember the time when many users complained about the bright colors of Samsung phones. And now... boom... the other way around. For me it's a great evolution having more realistic colors for content than popping colors for the icons and other UI elements. Thanks for the video.
I am also for realistic sRGB colors, but Vivid should be there, and rn it seems dull
@VelianSpeaksTech I totally agree... I'm really happy having my S24U without that issue. I see a difference between the vivid an the natural setting. Also comparing to my S23U, where samsung started to get closer to a natural look. Hopefully it's a SW issue and it will be fixed for all users in the future.
It doesn't bother binge watchers but for people who do gaming colours are inaccurate especially reds being lot duller in some games
@prianshsix2565 Valid point 👉... pretty sure it will be fixed.
You remember it wrong, Samsung users never complain about more vivid colors , those who complain was apple users and other brand users which didn't have amoled screens those days, all of them attacked Samsung for having unnatural looking screens , finally all of this brands chooses to use samsung way of displaying and haters stops hating. From the beginning this amoled beautiful colors been one from biggest reasons why people start using Samsung phones and I never seen real user that been complain about it, always someone else.
Just got mine also..display is dull and hazy. Sat next to my s23 ultra the display is dull and no where near as bright as s23. Total joke.
Also anyone check there stylus. Mine is sitting just proud of frame when inserted. Not flush like s23 ultra. Anyone elses phone the same it dont sit flat to frame. Slightly out
Thanks to the doubts and disagreements of the users...I stopped in time and continue with my beautiful s23...when they solve everything I will upgrade or I would go to the next model with better photographic sensors, etc.
What’s it like when you turn the adaptive colour tone off aswell does that make it better you didn’t show that aswell
I have the same issue with my new S24 Ultra. Samsung was too much concertrated on new AI features instead of giving us the same color tone and quality as in S23 Ultra. The longer we will have to wait for the upgrade the more thrust Samsung will loose by their clients....this is unacceptable
Go into developer options, and add high contrast. It's in the segment where animation duration scales are
I don't get it, why do you compare the s24 with ECS enabled and the S23 with ECS disabled? Of course it looks bad with the eye confort shield... it's meant to reduce the blue light. And you also need to disable the adaptative color tone.
The bit about claims being made about Samsung indication this is NORMAL and was INTENTIONAL for better viewing is BS.... This makes ZERO SENSE... THINK ABOUT IT... if this was INTENTIONAL then why bother putting two modes to select from NATURAL and VIVID if when you select either, it IT CLEAR the sample pictures have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE...
I screen captured the sample photos and layed them in Adobe photoshop and there is ZERO DIFFERENCE... yet I do the same in my s20+ and the difference is truely night and day.
Has anyone noticed that the screen looks a lot of noise? It will be obvious if we see a video with a lot of color gradation / color bending.
Even after the update this problem still there
There is a difference between natural and vivid but is very subtle
Hopefully somethin they can improve on software update bc im thinking it has to do with the anti reflex display
I have a 23 and color was fine until I just had an upgrade? As soon as I pushed a few display buttons and went rt back it washed out 🤨
Eye comfort really looks terrible. Btw. Blue light is snake oil. It doesn't have any effect. It's marketing bs.
You understand eye comfort isn't on by default right?
Youre telling people to turn off a setting that comes off.
Dislike
Good looking out. This is great news for me and considering I don't use comfort shield it's a no brainer. Thanks.
Bravo! at least one is found who tells the truth and exposes the biggest problem of samsung phones since forever
The S23 has oversaturated colors....S24 is technically not washed out. You just aren't used to seeing a more natural color vs oversaturation....
200 & 50 MP Camera post processing issues are worst. They are over processing it. They are looking darker and cartoonish. Kindly ask them. Will it get fixed after camera update? Does any else have the same issue?
This is starting to feel like an inevitable class action lawsuit
Hello, what is the name of this background that appears in the video please?
Just opened my S24 Ultra yesterday. It is currently back in the box, and I initiated a return on it. I decided to wait until 2/22 when they're supposedly going to release a fix for this. If there's no fix by 2/22 back it goes. When you have this phone side by side with an older device it's just night and day how washed out it is. Hopefully the update comes on time as I do like the phone otherwise. As others have said Samsung is in a race against the clock here to get a fix for this pushed out. Otherwise I think there is going to be a rash of returns.
Recently bought s24 ultra and felt cheated because my s23 ultra got higher brightness and high vivid colors i am really frustrated want to sale my brand new s24 ultra and going to keep s23 ultra for sure
Can you compared with iphone. Iphone is always wash out compared to Samsung phones
Its a software issue mostly with the specific build
Isnt blue light being so bad a complete myth? I would NEVER pay for a flagship and than put a yellow filter on that world class screen 😂 thats even worse than people who run it on lower than max resolution
It makes no difference mate
The colors are not the same as s23 at all even with eye comfort off
This is a big issue
Velian the problem is to disabled the enhanced comfortable in che eye comfort shield , and you are goog to go, is not e problem, in only how the enhanced comfort feature works 😊😊 i hope i'm helping to solve this "problem" 😊
Same on my s24 plus. Exynos. Vivid and natural is same. Changing between then does nothing
I've noticed on the s24+ that it seems to correct itself in specific apps and then blow out and look horrible randomly toggling between looking crap and good - literally happened while i was typing this comment!
Got my S24 Ultra, previously I was using S22 Ultra, and I can vouch that the current phone screen looks dull and washed out, the display really looks substandard.
Why ru "tech experts" talking about color in an issue that isnt just about color?
EVERYONE knows that color calibration is just a simple fix with an update. The screen of s24 ultra got another issue, its the glittery halo/rainbow effect as you tilt the phone slightest on a white background. Specially in darker environment while having lower screen brightness. This is due to that antireflective layer that reflects light from screen, inside the screen itself which creates a glittery, shining silvery film/filter layer effect.
You youtubers make no sense and i see many youtubers having no knowledge but just make videos for views....
You are clearly not subscribed to my channel, else you would have seen my latest video.
Not all "tech experts" are the same.
I don't notice any issue, it just screen is not glossy which makes slightly different which to me better actually.
Ooo thanks! Good temp fix
Samsung A55 same issue.dull, boring and washed out color on my A55.
Colors still look terrible
Everyone refers to this as a washed-out screen but it's actually a natural color setting, which I prefer. So it wasn't much of a change coming from the S21 Ultra. I used to love the Vivid mode but now it is just way too intense and distracting for me. Obviously Samsung will patch this and fix it because I know it's one of Samsung screens defining features
*SAME PROBLEM WITH THE NEW A55 5G*
Same problem in my s24plus. Upgraded from an s20plus and the display looks awful and washed out. No pop to any colors. Vivid mode does almost nothing.
Turn off eye comfort and natural tone completely, that's the best we can do until update is released hopefully with a fix
Didn't help one bit in watching a movie on Prime. This is kind of ridiculous for a phone so loaded with tech and so expensive.
Got my s24 today and same Thing but turning off eye comfort shield didn't fix it unfortunately
Hey where can i get that wallpaper it looks very good
My $300 A25 has a brighter more colorful display than my $1200 s24 plus 😮 crazy, samsung needs to speak up.
More saturated doesn’t mean brighter my man
@@franklinokeke7848I said brighter and more vivid display, two separate things.
There's a very simple solution for the issue. Return S24 Ultra and get an iPhone 15 Pro Max. You will thank me later. Cheers!
Sorry 2 ask does know when the up date will be realised it looks loke im watching it from the side the colour fades not happy guys WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY GUYS
when you turned off Adaptive Color Tone the screen changed to basically match the s23U but then you turned it back on. i think that is part of the problem.
Its not
what about the notification sound ? i have, i think, a bug regarding notifications, it's ringing like i've received a notification, but nothing is showing and it's doing this like from 2 to 2 minutes or 5 minutes in a row, just ringing. I've tried everything to resolve, but no use, it\s still doing it. Hope they resolve it with the update......it's not doing all the time, but most of the time is doing it. Does anyone have the same issue or it happened to someone ?
Where can I find this beautiful background photo?😊
This guy legit just said to show off the strain 😂 my god.
I spoke to a Samsung rep via chat and asked if Samsung was aware of this issue, he said no. I'm like but how??? Frustrating
My note 8 creen looks even better 😮💨😔
