Today I hit 100 lefty shots. I practiced with my left hand (my non-dominant hand) because working on your non-dominant hand helps improve your two-handed backhand! It increases your spin, shape, control, and power because the non-dominant hand is in control during your backhand due to it being on top of your other hand. Enjoy 😊
