Preparation looks like they are just using already cooked mutton and chicken pieces for pepper dry, Guntur chicken, Palak chicken. Biryani also they are using cooked mutton or chicken pieces and serving same cooked rice. This is not naati but Chinese way of prepartion. All donne biryani nowadays using this concept to avoid wastage and to show they have many items
