Most people go into boxing because they come from poor backgrounds, aren't too bright and need money. If you're in a comfortable position in life, it's probably not necessary. I'd reccomend learning a different martial art instead, like BJJ would actually teach you self-defence.

I dont think he is. They wouldn't tell him he's not on his level and have him lose his confidence. I also think one reason was gib was nervous and training went out the window. Usually you have a couple gameplans and gib stook to one even when it was failing

I question his coaching honestly. His footwork is exactly the same it was in his first fight like 3 years ago or whatever it was. In that time if you haven’t got better in your footwork and combination punching as well as your stance I think you need to jump ship. Guys like Vidal are boxers not teachers imo. They’re good at doing it themselves but not good at teaching others to do the same, the very best to do it never make the best teachers it’s a fact in any sport
