I liked all the organic ingredients (sea salt, palm sugar, pepper, coconut milk, etc) in Khmer Amok at the Pepper Farm. When I am in Srok Khmer next time, I want to go to this place. She can add as much MSG as the recipe required it, and I like MSG in my dish... 😋
The pepper plantation at Kompot is hard and interesting.All 3 dishes at Bo Tree restaurant with pepper as ingredient are delicious and made with new method like Amok.
I think the stirred fry shrimps and squids, the shrimps might be over cooked. It is very important not to over cook any seafood, otherwise it easy like rubbers.
It’s a beautiful place in Cambodia nowadays according to video and yummy Cambodian food.
