I do not think this video is intended to show how to grow more onion bulbs, but only to show how to grow a continual supply of green onions from an onion bulb.
I believe Teo shows us that food can be grown without expensive equipment in a time of crisis. (Make sure you let the best plant go to seed, so you have seeds to plant next year).

Do you have videos of growing sugar cane?
It's very simple you cut 2 t 3 pieces and the top you also leave 3/4 and very top leaves and you bury half each piece in soil slanted a bit and keep watering .More water is actually good for sugarcane
We grew up growing them in our garden
Plz use light music, if necessary, but not song.
We can use the seed for better returns. Using bulbs of big size will give us same qty in return .
Kind of but not really,you can cut an onion in half or plant a whole onion,from that one onion you get 5 to 6 bulbs ,that you separate,and plant in 6 different containers,so actually you get 5 to 6 onions from one half onion.I only use one quarter of the bottom onion to get same results,so basically I use up the whole onion for cooking ,and plant the bottom .

I think this is just another way to have a continuous supply of green onions.

Long video. I watched it all. Why? Why did you cut the potatoes? Too long for a potato. And you needed a tree. Cheap bottles. Wood is expensive. WTH? 15 days? It call BS. Bamboo is expensive too. Thought, I so like the cheap plastic bags. Good idea for the mint leaves. Bleh, you replay the end of onions. Sad.
Potatoes need to be cut into multiple peices for more plants. Each peice should have a couple eyes and weigh about an oz, the weight of 5 quarters if u dont have a scale. Then u allow that cut edge to make a tough protective skin called a scab. Scabbing requires a couple days but important to protect the seed potato from disease and rot. The potato grows up so room for roots isnt necessary. Worm castings are a good fertilizer to put in with the seed potatoes, loose soil and straw cover to retain moisture. Hope this helps. Potatoes home grown are delicious and can be stored and eaten over winter and used as seed potatoes for spring. Nature is brilliant...best to liste to her lol

Yes this method it's easily sprout ..but it's different if u plant in the soil because the onion bulb will increase..
If your intention is the leaves then must plant onion leaks not the onion bulb

I don’t think green onions go fast for 1 to 20 days without water . I don’t feel it’s good this method. You watch this video right in the beginning.

The potatoes are amazing, why do you need cement on bottom? can you get same effect without doing that? and what type of potatoe is that
Cement is lime. You could maybe get Agricultural lime. I am no ninja gardener, but would think it gives nutrition as well as act as a seal for the cut area
