Everyone literally collapsed and got back up in 0.001 seconds except for maybe the older ones and some of the more skilled and calm ones lmao Also since I used to take swimming, it helps. When I was in 8th grade, my choir teacher made Soprano 1s hold a note for 14 beats with no breathing.. I'm a Soprano 2 and got placed a sop 1 in 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th. Plus doing 3 musicals in Soprano 1, one being mamma mia where my voice was dead for the last weekend.
