It's just like heaven on earth...
I have been following you since few weeks nd I m just amazed by your works...
I always wanted to have royal old house with modern facilities..
But I thought nowadays those type of house are impossible to construct...
But u proved me wrong...
I will definitely build it one day for my self...
But I have some doubts like..
1. what is the approx value per square feet for constructing these type of house?
2. What will be the approx transportation charge if we build this in Odisha?
3. Lastly, what is the life span of this house means how strong are they?

thank you very much sir. Please find out the detail of your doubts sir.
1.sir cost depends on design and detail of carving . normally it it around 3000 per sqft for finished house . if carving is more fine will be more.
2 for transportation we do not have idea. it will be as per actual
3.for the life stone has hundreds of year life . and you can reuse there stone after that . its a investment in jaisalmer we are using more than 100 year old windows and putting them back in new construction.
