Anyone who has a household where both parents work and kids with busy schedules can benefit so much from all the crock-pot recipes you do. They are full of flavor and certainly filling.
Crockpot meals are not just only handy for working families, they are are very handy for people that are in all kinds of situations in life! My mom always used a crockpot growing up just for bean soup and sloppy joes and, when, I got married for the first time, first thing, I said to my mom, Was I wanted a crockpot!

Id definitely say those with chronic illnesses too. Those who have little energy to stand up and cook for a long time or those who cant stand up at the stove but can set their crockpot closer to their reach and same for them to chop veggies and such. 😊

This is the first time I’m seeing you use the parchment paper hack. Glad you’ve jumped on the bandwagon because it really is a game changer. I’ve used it for crockpot lasagne with the corn and garlic bread on top, breakfast casseroles with canned biscuits on top, etc…the possibilities are endless. 🙂

I always sear the roast and brown it a little on all sides before putting it in the crockpot. It really adds to the flavor.

I always use powdered onion soup mix on The roast in my crockpot. Usually, I add carrots instead of corn, but, that works too. It works just as well in the oven also.😊

Julia, I made your lemon chicken pasta last night minus the pasta!
