@@cyanryann64 yeah, with the current state of places around the world, going to other places (other than leaving those places because of the awful things) isnt really happening
@@cyanryann64 You're right. The only thing you should never ever do when visiting any country is visiting the USA.
Bro is the type of person to run after a woman at night to tell her to sleep well
Yes, I did this in Florida and the cops would not believe me. They eventually called for sniffer dogs as they thought I must be hiding something in the car. I was sitting their waiting and trying to explain that it is normal and cops don't even have guns in my country.
...It was a traffic stop! Why the hell do you need 3 cops for backup?!
US citizen here and please do research we have tons of odd law from different states also strangers will wave and say hi to you in public so copy wave or say hi back if that happens
Why should I say hi? Do I know them?
@@liu3chanWhy so negative
Idk but I think the police overreacted
Oh wait he prolly thought that he was grabbing a weapon
There’s some crazy people that would rather kill someone than get a ticket. It’s sad but it happens
@@spyder027 We have those people too but only you said "let's make guns freely available for those people" and now you are where you are.
@@liu3chanwhy are you talking like the commenter personally made gun laws lmao
Anyone gonna talk about the destruction of the perfectly clean innocent Jordan’s?
Despite him being on his god damn knees, the cop still decided to call for backups
I'm from Australia and I have never seen anyone get out of the car and give the police their licence
My step dad would always get out and that was fine until the earlier 90s. He tried it then and they freaked out. Then again he was almost 6'5. But he was always very respectful of the police and I think he did it to be friendly not rude. Myself I put both hands on the wheel and just do what they say .
I never really left Europe (once in Japan for 2 weeks) and even I know from movies that the ideal way to interact with American cops stopping you is: Sit in your car, push the window-down button, hands on the wheel, wait for them to come over, then follow instructions. Answer easy questions with easy answers “Yes, sir”, “No, sir”, “Am I good to go?”. Also, if you are, answering what you did wrong with “No, sir, I’m just a tourist” is probably fine. It won’t show, but they appreciate you being polite.
Im from regional Australia and id never do that for a cop or heard of that at all, also its kind of a rule i have that cops they're still cvnts anywhere you go so keep a healthy amount of weariness wherever you are in the world
*"What Should You Absolutely NOT DO When Visiting The Usa?"*
Canadian Me: Not Visit The USA?
In hindsight, that only goes to show how much more peaceful and tolerable other places are. That's a death sentence here 💀
damn that’s really sad i can’t imagine how terrifying and confusing that was for them
Ya in America some cops will be very and overly cautious like they will call backup for anything
“I wanted to be very polite so I-“
**almost gets detained**
**attempts to explain that people don’t fear the law where they’re from**
Nigeria has the same rule as Australia you get out of your car and give the police officer your license
Reasons why cops should receive adequate training.
It is so ridiculous to call for backup after the guy is already on the ground with his hands up and has no weapon.
Thank you Aussies for calling this B.S. out.
Do cops get blown away in other 1st world countries or is that just America?
In the UK, going to the cop car is going to earn you brownie points that might get you put of the ticket.
Our history teacher warned about being stopped by the US police on 7th grade. (I live in Finland) here police is extremely polite and anyone who is not criminal can trust them. US seems really crazy to me lol.
Where I'm from it's customary to get out of the car and walk around to the passenger side so the cop isn't standing with his back to the traffic while you talk with them.
I'm from Australia, born and raised never heard of that shit. We do not do that
Hands in pockets or reaching for things that can't be seen by anyone but you around cops is a _BAD_ idea. They'll think you're reaching for a gun or a knife.
Bro was about to join the unmarked bodies behind the local jail
Once I approached two cops at my neighbor's house as they weren't home. From a distance I already started thinking about how to do this without pissing them off. So I called out, with my hands visible, and said hey guys I don't think she's home. They still nearly pulled guns on me. Yelled at me not to sneak up on them. Asked what I was doing and where I came from and all the typical questions. Just don't approach a cop at all
American cop. In normal countries if you approach a cop with your hand in your pocket he might fear you want to take a selfie with him.
What should you absolutely not do when visiting the USA?
>Visit the USA.
"Every thing on the internet is true"
-Genghis Khan
Yeahhh- Iowa may be one of the more lenient states in America, but still never get out of your car for a traffic stop
It's almost like anyone being able to have a gun is fucking terrifying
Their police system is the reason why I would never visit the USA.
When I heard that people actually get pulled over by cops, I was like, "That happens? What?"
Police officers in america are insane dude
This is why the us police needs a massive reform. There should be absolutely no reason to fear for your life at a fucking traffic stop.
Bro was lucky an Acorn didn't hit the ground or the roof of the patrol vehicle
For the love of god do not talk to cops unless you absolutely have to
As a fake Australian I can confirm we do that.
I've been stopped several times in Brisbane, the officer will always approach you to give you a ticket or warning. BTW while i always whinge abt getting a ticket, the 2 times i really needed a copper, they were there to help. So a big thank you to the Queensland police...
I got stopped for speeding and he just asked for my license and left after checking it. In my country it’s accepted and expected to get out and make conversation on what will happen so I did the same. He got angry at me cause I was just supposed to sit in the car and wait 😭my warning became a speeding ticket
As an Australian i have never seem nor heard of anyone walk up to the cop car to give them their licence
When I was a kid in the 80's, this was normal in Ga as well. It changed in the 90's when the standards for police were dropped to rock bottom.
As a fellow Australian. I have never done or seen anyone doing that
Not me screaming NARNIA! Out in my room-💀
As an Aussie I've never heard about getting out of your car.
They come to your window as soon as they are done running your rego.
As an Aussie, what a load of crap, we NEVER get out of our car if we’re been pulled over
Not only in USA - almost everywhere! 😮
In my country they will not be touching the gun, but you will be arrested and they will write you penalty.
