Synopsis -

The Plan -
The central plot of the film revolves around the Indian government's efforts to capture Veerappan. After numerous failed attempts and heavy casualties, a new strategy is devised under the leadership of a determined police officer, SP Kannan (played by K. S. Sridhar). The operation is named "Operation Cocoon." Kannan's plan involves using Veerappan's wife, Muthulakshmi (played by Usha Jadhav), as bait to lure him out of the forest. A covert team is assembled, including a spy who infiltrates Veerappan's gang. The team works meticulously, gathering intelligence and planning their moves with precision.
