That all depends on the conversation about if they should go. I think if Matt agrees to go & he gets the flare gun, he’ll fire it on his on. The only way for him to not fire it is to disagree about going & then have Emily give it to him.
he'd end up fine in this playthrough anyways because he left em immediately
i gave the flare gun to matt even though i know how to survive with him. just for safety. i don’t know if i did it wrong but we will see
