@@MandysOldSoulVintage And...I don't find a ton of ironstone here in VA either. Maybe the southern and eastern states love it as much as we do and they see the value in their stained, chipped, cracked ironstone pieces and never part with them and just keep them in the family 😆

I’m in California, I have only found 4 pieces of ironstone but I consider myself lucky because I had been looking for a very long time. I found 3 in a antique stores and 1 small creamer at a antique mall. I haven’t found any butter pats😢maybe one of these days.

I’m in Kentucky and I have only found 2 butter pats in the wild, no one here even knows about it. I’m finding it hard to find the creamers now. I get so excited when I do find some, especially if it has “the “ label on the bottom.
Yes, I would’ve thought we’d be seeing a whole lot more of them so hopefully they’ll be going out of style but I’m guessing they are back
We don't find stained ironstone in my neck of the woods at all ! And very little ironstone at all. So very sad. :(
I live in Tennessee. I can find random butter pats but not ironstone or restaurant ware(in the wild).
Isn’t weird how different states you can’t find stuff. I use to always see the green stripe restaurant ware but now I don’t anymore

Happy Birthday….if you want the good prim antiques, you may have to go to PA or northern OH…..and then of course I’m sure they are in New England but I go to AL every year to visit kids and there’s not much there that I’ve found frankly. And you know what I’m starting to think? I’m thinking what I really like ….as in early American primitives is becoming an exclusive mkt and really getting hard to find them in the wild. It’s like I’m having to go to exclusive primitive shops where it’s hard to find bargains.

My husband & I flew on SW Airlines to NJ w/ 2 suitcases each. Filled extra suitcases w/ antique treasures. Trip was a lot of fun shopping at barn sales, garage sales & antique shops in rural NW New Jersey.
