    Jajanan street food korea yang viral...Korean Mochi Bread, rasa nya unik...tekstur nya crunchy diluar, kenyak dibagian dalam...wangi susu ditambah wangi wijen hitam jadi makin harum..resep mudah dan cara bikin hemat wakty karena tanpa ulen.
    Tips :
    1. Mentega asin boleh diganti dengan mentega tawar + 2 gr gula atau margarin.
    2. Gunakan mentega atau margarin kualitas baik agar wangi dan ada rasa nya susu.
    3. Tekstur adonan akan menjadi berat saat ditambahkan tepung tapioka.
    4. Membentuk adonan dapat dengan plastik segitiga, sendok atau tangan.
    5. Waktu pemanggangan berbeda untuk masing2 oven.
    Resep...
    35 gr mentega (asin)
    2 sdm gula (±30 gr)
    175 ml susu cair (UHT)
    30 gr tepung terigu protein rendah (ayak)
    140 gr tepung tapioka
    50 gr telur utuh (kocok lepas)
    2 sdt wijen hitam
    Menghasilkan 18 buah mochi bread (ukuran kecil) atau,
    15 buah mochi bread (ukuran besar)

    Famous Korean street food...Korean Mochi Bread, the taste is unique...the texture is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside...It's milky and with black sesame makes it even more fragrant..easy recipe and easy to make because without knead.
    Tips:
    1. Salted butter can be replaced with unsalted butter + 2 gr of sugar or margarine.
    2. Use good quality butter or margarine so that it has a milky taste.
    3. The texture of the dough will become heavy when added tapioca flour.
    4. Forming the dough can be with a piping bag, spoon or hand.
    5. Baking time may be vary for each oven.

    30 gr cookie flour (sifted)
    140 gr tapioca flour
    50 g whole eggs (beaten)
    2 tsp black sesame
    For 18 pcs small mochi bread or,
    15 pcs big mochi bread
