2/03/2025: Pasta Salad and Hotdogs

This is a very colorful and flavorful pasta salad. You can add other things like cheese and salami. You can also omit things if you don't like them. I will caution you that if you add cheese, it may get mushy if you have to store any leftovers. Just add cheese to bowl you're eating out of if you want it. This is why I didn't add any tonight because we will be enjoying the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. In my honest opinion, pepperjack cheese cubed up is good if you're going to use cheese. You'll also want to avoid tomatoes that are kind of overly ripe or soft textured because they tend to get soggy. Well, that's all I have to say about that. Enjoy!🤣
