I wonder if the tower controller watches your videos Ben and just wanted to hear himself on here haha! Great videos, only just discovered the channel and I am loving working my way through. Really well put together, and fantastically educational - helping my flight simming no end!

Another great video Ben and how lucky were you to transit Manchester and talk to Tower! (P.S. I had to look up what QSY meant ..!)

I don't understand why pilots are afraid of controlled air space I am currently training for my PPL at Bristol which is class D at the beginning I was nervous as its quite a big airport but now I don't mind I actually prefer controlled air space over uncontrolled as I think its easier. Nothing to be scared about even when I make mistakes on radio I sometimes hear the controllers at Bristol having a giggle, their just normal people helping us pilots out what they say is for our benefit remember that.

Hi Ben great video as usual, I know you give the viewers talk on things you are doing like checking DI and T’s & P’s, I didn’t hear you mention carb heat on this journey, does your aircraft require it.

Hi Ben, quick question as you are probably a expert. Looking for a video editing software package for my Go Pro videos to convert on Windows 10 desktop so you can put original music and edit the videos as to what I like. Looked at "Filmora" and just wondered if you knew of any other for converting Go pro videos and what you used and the cost of are there any free packages ? Just need a bit of advice thanks

Great video Ben, an amazing experience getting that close to Manchester! One question -what does it mean when you said “request QSI/QSY”? Cheers!

+Max Beckett QSY is the Q-Code for frequency change. It’s not often used anymore!

Hello, how are you? Could you tell me what kind of course are you doing? I mean, Integrated ATPL, Modular ATPL, or just doing step by step as PPL, building hours, IR, CPL ?
