Skill 1: void sword user can summon a sword made from void or coat a sword in void to make it unbreakable and it can slice everything
Skill 2: void portal user can make a portal to tp anywhere they want if they know where it is
Skill 3:void blast: user launches a void blast that destroys everything in a 50m radius
Skill 4: Void haki(passive) give user void halo that is a lot stronger then advance haki
Skill 5: void slashes: user lauches a bunch of slashes with there sword that arr coverd in void haki
Skill 6 :pure void domain: in this domain he can control everything in a 100m radius he can anything he wants he lauch a bunch of slashes without using hes sword kinda like sukunas domain

Its should be a parameica type fruit that acts like a logia, its called the "shadowed shadowed fruit, or nhi nhi no mi, it allows izuku to transend himself into shadows and into the shadow realm, and coat himself with shadows, with haki + shadow coating is OP, it also wont be hurt by normal attacks unless the enemy had armament haki, his fruit becomes stronger during the night, he could also shoot shadow bullets.

I think a (mythical type: dark dragon)that have the power of dark fruit , durability of kaido and big mom combined , can penetrate anything using his claw , and immune to seawater because he is. A dragon king of ocean or you can do is get him build an immunity to seawater
